this hotel met the demands in every way, recommend. we had a great bedroom. got comfy bed and an air conditioner and coffee. the service was all in all excellant. there was free wi-fi that worked quite well throughout the property.

The hotel had a charming, cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor that made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained, and the garden was absolutely lovely to relax in. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with no steep stairs or difficult pathways to navigate.

I would have loved if there were more activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Harare. the location was perfect - situated in a very nice area, close to beautiful botanic gardens. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive and catered to all my needs. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were top-notch, including very comfortable beds. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

Despite these positives, there was one aspect that could be improved.

For the price we paid, we got great value - spacious rooms, stylish old house with beautiful furniture, and a clean swimming pool in the very green garden. The staff treated us like family, giving us a warm welcome, assisting with taxis, and even making us a tasty lunch. We felt at home.

The breakfast could have been improved, as there was no juice available, only coffee, chicken sausage, and eggs.

The location of the hotel was ideal for my business trip, with easy access to the city and nearby corporate offices. The clean pool provided the perfect way to cool off after a long day, and the well-manicured garden was a peaceful oasis to relax in.

I had such a great experience at 12 Fleetwood! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even allowed me to stay a few hours longer, which was a big help. The owner and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt so welcomed and well taken care of during my time there.
